Augusto Peñalva
Augusto Peñalva has over eight years experience working in both sales and customer service for the airline industry in Buenos Aires, Los Angeles and San Jose, California. He then joined the American Heart Association as the Coordinator for their data processing department where he worked for three years. While working for the American Heart Association he received the C.A.R.E. customer service award. His experience working in the for-profit and non-profit sectors has always been on the customer service “front line”.
Augusto is fluent in Spanish and English and graduated in 2000 with a degree in Foreign Trade from Fundación Standard Bank in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Augusto Peñalva relocated his family to Buenos Aires in 2006. He owns two Buenos Aires arpartment rentals in the Recoleta neighborhood. He first started to market his properties thru the Argentina Consultant.com network in 2007. In 2008 he became Property Manager for several of the properties featured on this site. Augusto firmly believes in the value of long term business relationships and manages properties as if they were his own.
Mark Rogers
Mark Rogers is lead apartment consultant of the company and is handles Buenos Aires apartment rental sales and marketing in the U.S.
Previous experience includes three years as Academic Director of the English department for a private university in Costa Rica. He is fluent in Spanish and has a Master's Degree in International Business from the University of Costa Rica, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
Mark Rogers has over 34 years experience traveling to Argentina. His first visit to Buenos Aires was in 1974 living as an exchange student. This was also the year Juan Peron died and when Isabel briefly took office as president, a historic moment for Argentina.
