This one-bedroom apartment is in a great location, three blocks from Santa Fe Avenue and the Botanical Garden and a few blocks from the famous Plaza Serrano in Palermo Soho.
This neighborhood is full of restaurants, coffee-shops, pubs and boutiques. The apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator) and offers a living-dining room with a table for four, a balcony facing the street.
The bedroom has a queen size bed (twin beds available upon request).
