Very modern apartment located in wonderful Las Cañitas perhaps Buenos Aires’ best kept residential secret.
Las Cañitas is an upscale residential neighborhood filled with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques and the unique shopping mall El Solar de La Abadía.
Apt. La Imprenta is an excellent apartment for tourists that are looking for the best undiscovered, up and coming neighborhoods of Buenos Aires.
Close to three important avenues: Ave. Luis Maria Campos, Ave. Cabildo and Ave. Libertador. Within walking distance of the Buenos Aires Race Track, Polo Field, subway station Olleros and train station Lisandro de la Torre. The building has a doorman from 8pm to 8am daily.
Large living room has a sofa with matching chairs and a new 42” LCD TV with cable, DVD and stereo system. The dining room has a contemporary dining table with four comfortable modern high back chairs.
Each of the 2 bedrooms has a queen size mattress and individual air conditioner/heating system.
Complete modern bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, shower and hair dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with the newest, most modern appliances available: refrigerator with freezer, microwave, gas stove with overhead stainless steel hood, coffee maker, toaster and full set of cookware, cooking utensils, plates and glasses.
