The apartment was in an excellent location, could not have been better for shopping, supermarkets, bus and subway.
Both the check in and check out were satisfactory with Agusto, Sara and Jose being very helpful.
Apartment cleanliness fine. We enjoyed having the balcony.
Both cafe/restaurants on corners of Riobamba/Santa Fe great for breakfast, lunch and late night drinks. Como en Casa on Riobama has a lovely courtyard cafe. Carrefours supermarket on Santa Fe good for everyday groceries.

The check in and check out were good.
Everything in the furniture was as described and as expected. The apartment was clean and spacious.
Carrefour and Disco supermarket are close by. This is very convenient.

I liked apartment Libertad and thought it was a good value.
I preferred the location of the Riobamba property. At night the area around Libertad is very quiet.
The check in and out were great. The apartment was great....
I liked Patio Bullrich. Great for the ATM and a quick bite to eat. Also on the corner of Libertad and Libertador is a great restaurant.

The check in and check out both worked perfectly.
Mattress could be a notch better, apt was clean but could be dusted in visable.
It was fun exploring, and finding all the fun shops so close to the apt.

November 29, 2011 Zunz was in a great location for what we wanted to do an see.
I would recommend everyone use the Argentina Consultant.com driver from airport.
All the appliances and furniture and everything else was fine.
We hope next time when we comedown that Zunz is available for us again.

November 28, 2011 Vidt was a good value and the apt was well located for the purpose of our trip.
The check in and check out with Augusto, the apartment manager, was perfect. He even helped us to store our luggage when the apartment was rented and we couldn't have late checkout.
Everything in the apartment was very clean and efficient. We really enjoyed it!
I think we were more fearful than we needed to be about taxis and getting conterfit money. We found drivers to be very helpful and courteous even with our limited Spanish.
We loved the Havana for a coffee and many other restaurants in the immediate area.

I could not have chosen better if I even knew more about BA. We have been busy, Forida Street, The Zoo, Evita Peron Museum, City Tour. Have found some delightful local restaurants and pastry shops.

September 7, 2011 Bulnes Rio was in a perfect location for what i wanted to experience and a good value. Near local parks, stores, subway and mall. The check in and checkk out process was flawless. Augusto and Sara are a real pleasure to do business with. Those are to outstanding people who make wanting to rent with you again. The check in and check out was simple. Great communication by all parties involved which made it very easy and convenient. Augusto was great to work with. I liked everything about my stay.
I also enjoyed La Dorita (Del Libertador Ave. & Montevido St.) around the block on Ave Libertador, which was great. Murillo had great leather purchases.

August 1, 2011 Apt Ayres de Bulnes is a great value for two couples. And we loved the fact that La Dorita was just a couple of doors down and also just a short walk to the parks, subway and a great shopping centre.
The check in and check out was very smooth even though Aerolineas Argentinas is always off schedule and it is a 13 hour flight from NZ so it is hard to give an exact time for check in.
Apt Ayres de Bulnes is great, nicely furnished and clean - we stayed at Libertad 2 years ago with family and loved it but this was much better for two couples as we both had private bathroom. The only thing the apartment lacked was the open kitchen living so the person cooking was tucked away but who needs to eat in with La Dorita's Bife de Loma only two doors away. Also WIFI a bit sporadic but that could just be a BA thing.
Sara and Augusto are great and worked through our problems with check in very professionally even when my text sent when boarding the plane came through with no words.

Both Augusto & Sara take care of everything making both: check in and check out fast and easy. Thanks to them & . . . . . . congratulations for offering such an excellent service.
We thought apt Ayres de Bulnes was excellent from all perspectives: good size, clean, reasonable (not excellent) furniture & appliances, well located.
Some of our favorite restaurants close to apt Ayres De Bulnes were: La Dorita, La Parolaccia and Cafe Tabac.

Bulnes Rio is in a great area. Everything suited my needs. There was an issue with the doorlock. I am of the view that "these things happen" and it's more important how a company responds to the incident than the incident itself. Augusto responded promptly and efficiently. June 8, 2011 Apt Bulnes Plaza was well located for the purpose of my trip. The check in and check out I think was how it was suposed to be, on time and very well explained. Bulnes Plaza was very clean,the furniture was new and clean. The apart was exactly what I was looking for. It also was comfortable and in a nice building. The location was very safe and it also has many restaurants, stores, droug store and other facilities nearby. The best restaurant we visited was La Cabrera, it has the best beef I have ever had. H. June 10, 2011 Our visit as tourists for 30 days greatly benefited from the excellent location of apt Riobamba II. Several excellent restaurants and grocery stores were within easy walking distance from the apartment.
Visiting popular tourist sights took just a short taxi ride. Very convenient!
It was easy to get a taxi right by the front door of Riobamba II. The taxis were safe and inexpensive. The apartment management is business-like and professional. Mark, Sara and Augusto were very friendly and did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We appreciated them arranging our transportation to and from EZE; it was on-time, easy and worry-free. Checking in and checking out was quick and efficient with a nice orientation to the apartment and the area. We felt secure knowing that if we needed help, we could easily contact someone by phone call or email. José, the building supervisor, was friendly and helpful to us, as well. We appreciated several features of Riobamba II: very comfortable beds, quiet, the room darkening shutters in the bedrooms (even a light sleeper would sleep well here!), having a secure safe, plenty of closet space, and great collection of travel books and guides. Having access to WI-FI was valuable keeping us in touch back home, and we used the internet for maps and information pertaining to Buenos Aires--like having our own personal concierge. Internet made it easy to be away for 30 days. Our stay was very enjoyable, and we want to return next year. Sara recommended several restaurants, and every one we tried was excellent. Our favorite restaurant was La Querencia, at the intersection of Junin and Juncal--unforgettable food and service! Buenos Ayres Grill on Av. Santa Fe is a first-class place with great food, service, and it's so lucky it is so close to the apartment. We also enjoyed several meals at La Cholita, just a few blocks over on Rodríguez Peña, delicious food, nice casual atmosphere. We loved the Italian food at Broccolino's, Esmeralda 776, between Córdoba y Viamonte, close to such tourist attractions as Teatro Colón, Galerias Pacifica or San Martín Plaza. We shopped for groceries in at least 2 Disco stores nearby, and the Coto store, but mostly at the Carrefours across Av. Santa Fe because of its convenience and prices.
As a tourist destination, we found Buenos Aires a beautiful, exciting and friendly place.

| May 4, 2011 Apt Guemes was very well located for our needs. We did a lot of tango classes at night and in about 20 minutes by foot we could be where we needed to be. We also felt very safe! Both the check in and check out were quick and easy. Augusto and Sara made it very easy and we always knew we could contact them for any needs we had. Cleanliness was good overall and all appliance we could have needed were there. A smaller skillet would have been nice but we made do with the large skillet. Bed and pillows were very cozy which is hard to find. Our favorite restaurant was El Trapiche on Paraguay just across the tracks. We also enjoyed Bakano - pizza on Salguero and I think El Salvador. March 13, 2011 The reservation process for apt Ayres de Bulnes was simple and straight forward there was no problems. All correspondance was completed in a timely manner. The web site was easy to use and offered sufficent photos of the property. We felt confident that the property would meet our needs. Check in and check out was easy and efficient. My husband and I stayed at Bulnes Rio from December 28-31, 2010, and I just wanted to let you know how much we loved the apartment, the area, and Augusto. One never knows what can go wrong when planning things abroad, so having you in the U.S. and Augusto meeting us at the apartment really made the transition go very smoothly (to our great relief). Augusto also gave us a great overview of our neighborhood and some helpful tips on how to safeguard our belongings when walking around, and he was very accommodating of our schedule (even on New Year's Eve). We couldn't have appreciated his thoughts and flexibility more. FYI, two of my friends have approached me about their own upcoming travels to Argentina, and I've shared with them our wonderful experience with Argentina Consultant.com. December 4, 2010 My wife and I stayed a total of five nights in the studio apt Bulnes Parque. It was just the right size fit. We initially set looking for a larger size apartment in the Recoleta area. Having now gone through our vacation period from arrival to departure, Palermo was likely our best choice. Our arrival, stay, and departure went without a hitch. Things went very smoothly from our initial coordination with Mark and subsequent first and check out meetings with Augusto. Everything one can possibly need is within the area or just ask Mark and Augusto who are tremendous help. Overall, we left EXTREMELY satisified.

The reservation process was very easy to follow. I would not make any changes. The website was also filled with good information. The pictures are true to the actual apt Bulnes Rio.
Augusto was very helpful in getting us in & out of the unit in good time. He also had a lot of helpful information regarding the neighborhood and local places to dine & shop. We appreciate that he made reservations for our return trip to the airport. The location was perfect. We had easy access to cabs, buses, and subway. Lots of markets to purchase food and we enjoyed dining at all the local restaurants. We felt safe in this neighborhood and walked around in the evenings. The living quarters were comfortable for a studio and we had all the basic utensils we needed for any meals, which we cooked in. The apt was clean and we liked the selection of furniture. Being an inner courtyard unit, we enjoyed the quiet. The neighbors were also considerate and were quiet by 10PM. Do you have apts in other cities? I would definitely rent from you again. Sept 23, 2010 I thought that apartment Bulnes Plaza was very nice, and it was very clean when I arrived. The location was ideal since it was close to Plaza Italia which meant lots of public transit. I liked how the studio had the divider between the living area and bed. It looks nice and creates a separate bedroom. The only thing I noticed was that perhaps an antenna would improve TV reception, since only a couple of channels came in and poorly. But I wasn't there to watch TV, I only noticed when I tried to turn on the news a couple of times. Thanks for being so helpful, Mark and Augusto. We thought Sara was great and really helpful for check in and check out. We thought Libertad was very clean, very nice, comfortable beds and a great location for what we wanted to do in B.A. Our only complaint was that the noise next door was a little irritating at first. I did not know what to expect in renting an apartment for the first time. Augusto made it at ease. His recommendation of the restaurants and things to do were helpful. March 22, 2010 I have rented apartments in many of the major cities in Europe and "The Haven" has been by far the nicest, cleanest and most comfortable apartment. The price was a great value and location was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Augusto, who checked us in and out was so kind. When he checked us in he gave us a run down on the apartment and a briefing of the surrounding area and sites of Buenos Aires. I would rent this apartment again.

March 3, 2010 We loved the location of apartment Libertad and because of the weather while we were in Buenos Aires (it rained a good bit of the time), we spent more time in the apartment than we originally anticipated. The location gave us access to a number of good restaurants that we could walk to. The apartment was in good condition and the electrical problem that we had was fixed as soon as possible. October 24, 2009 Mark, We just wanted to say that we could not have been more pleased with our accommodations at The Haven. We had never been to BA before, so we were a little hesitant in booking online and not really knowing what we were doing. It was a great experience for us all. We do plan to return again, and will certainly use your service.

Hope to get back to BA for a month sometime in the next couple of years, and definitely will want to stay again in apartment Gutierrez. The location can’t be beat, the apartment is sunny and bright, the small building lovely. Thank you so much. Also, thank you for getting in touch with Juan on Sunday. When we returned from our day out and about, the toilet had been fixed. We really appreciate your responsiveness and will definitely recommend your site to others.
In retrospect, Palermo was absolutely the right location for us. Much better than Recoleta. We walked to Recoleta and to Palermo Viejo, and took the Subte everywhere else. In Washington, we live by the zoo so it felt “normal.” And such a lovely neighborhood. Much more our style than Recoleta.

I had the most wonderful time of my life. I left my heart in Buenos Aires. My friend and I enjoyed the apartment so much. The apartment was perfect and in a perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted or take a taxis or the subway. I met many wonderful people, even had mate with the fellow at the laundry where we took our clothes. I loved the food! La Madeleine and El Cisne are both fine restaurants and we ate there often.
The parks and the beauty of the city architecture are beyond description. As an artist I was overwhelmed. Buenos Aires is a city I could return to every year. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed the city and its people and culture.
Thank you so much for all the arrangements you made. I was a little nervous about everything but it was all planned so well. Thank you. There is no question that I will recommend your service to anyone going to Buenos Aires.

Bulnes Vista is well located. The area felt really safe. We could take wonderful walks and visit different museums and sites just walking. We loved it.
We found everything perfect. Nice and clean. Good furniture.
Bedroom nice and clean kitchen nice, clean and appliances were enough
bathroom, great, clean, hot water.
Great location.
We also liked restaurant Lorena Rotisserie. Great to get take out food when you come home tired and hungry and don´t feel like doing anything.

The Haven, the value was reasonable. We felt the location was very good.
Check in and check out went very smoothly.
Some of the electronics are a bit dated. The apartment itself was fine.
The Disco was a nice grocery store and very near the apartment. The Madero Tango was excellent. Florida Street is a must and the Galeria Mall was wonderful. We sat in the park across the street most days we were there. It is easy to walk to San Telmo and Recoleta. Most of the restaurants we ate in around the neighborhood were good.

Ayres de Bulnes was perfect.
Both the check in and check out worked well, Augusto super nice and service minded.
Some of the shops and restaurants we enjoyed in the area are the Tennis store on Cabello and the Laundry lady on Cabello, very nice and cheap. Trak Pollo across the street excellent for Christmas dinner. Volta around the block makes best ice cream in town (we did test dilligently).
We played tennis as temporary members of Villas Tennis Club, which is a great place.

November 8, 2012 Apt Bulnes Brisas perrfect location. Near Mall and across from park, only 5 blocks to subway, buses to all locations minutes from the front door. Walk to Japanese gardens, zoo,museums and convenient to Aeroparque for local air service. The check in went smoothly. Everyone very helpful and answered all questions.
Having the coin laundry in building is a very convenient thing. I recommend the Bulnes complex and this company Argentina Consultant.com with its service to one and all. With one supermarket with home delivery San Pedro and Disco near Santa Fe Ave. Peppers, near Disco an excellent eatery, especially their POPEYE STEAK. 3 blocks beyond McDonalds is CABALLITO, their spaghetti very good and also good flan. Pizzas have much more cheese than in US, I did not care for. Little eatery next to Bulnes Drug also very good as was the Vegetarian next door to apartment and then on the corner beyond the Vegetarian is a great restaurant, only problem is cash only, no credit cards. September 19, 2011 Riobamba II was centrally located in Buenos Aires - and close to stores and restraurants. We are very pleased with the location of this apartment. I am very pleased with the ease of checking in and flexibility (and appreciated the door man calling Augusto when we arrived otherwise we would have been lost)- Augusto was very thorough in showing us the apartment; and it was very easy checking out too. Not sure if it's on a check list but it would helpful to add brief description of where to put trash in the hallway and that the doorman will pick it up. This apartment was ideal as this was centrally located in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires. My wife and I walked around the city - and did not have to use the subway. The apartment was clean and cozy. Not too large but not too small, just the right size. Loved having the a/c units in the apartment. Loved having the use of dishes and basic appliances (fridge and microwave). Loved having the use of the cell phone but it seemed that the cord to charge it with wasn't always working. A BIG thank you to Sara for advising us where to go eat in the area. One of the BEST restaraunts is the ""La Querencia"" (that Sara recommended) - they make the BEST empanadas in town- fresh out of the oven and home made too! I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for any one who goes to Buenos Aires. Make sure to see if the restaurant has an English menu which several did, but they only have a few available. Another place we went often for breakfast or afternoon snack/coffee was ""La Casa de Gretha"" at Av. Pueyrredon 2340 (Recoleta). Gretha's has the best variety of pastries, sweets/chocolate, and friendly staff with a cozy environment. We avoided the high price stores along Av. Santa Fe - there are numerous other stores you can go to in the area for cheaper deals (most places will negotiate a price for items - we are use to set prices for items in USA w/o being able to negotiate). We also found out from a local person informing us of the table service being the waiter's tip already included, but if they did a good job then you can leave an extra tip in cash (extra good service provided). Make sure to carry enough cash for meals due to several restaurants not accepting credit cards. Robert E. - Alpine, California
August 16, 2011 We rented Ayres de Bulnes and we think it was a good value. The check in and check out were fine. Augusto is great! We appreciate him arranging taxi service for departure. Ayres de Bulnes: Clean, comfortable, liked the big sofas in the den, liked the kitchen and the little coffee cup set. The kitchen was easy to work in, but could have used a few more tools, also liked both of the bathrooms. The decor was nice, but a bit masculine for my taste.
One of our favorite restaurants located close to apt Ayres de Bulnes in Palermo was La Dorita! Good food, service varied!

August 16, 2011 I rented Riobamba II and it was a good value. The check in and check out were fine. Augusto is great! We appreciate him arranging taxi service for departure. Riobamba II: Clean, comfortable, but could use bigger sofas. The master bedroom bed, including the linens, was wonderful. The bath towels were nice too. The kitchen was well-stocked but I personally don't like the stainless counters--they never seemed clean after I wiped them. The location was good, espcially after we got the hang of the buses. It was an attractive apartment and we liked the other residents we met. We loved the location of apt Carranza in Palermo. We also really liked being close to the subway station. We wish we had known that the train tracks were right beneath the apartment. It wasn't bad in the evening but we worked on the computer a lot during the day so we were in the apartment while the noise was the greatest.
Our check in and check out were very easy and we had the information that we needed.
Some of our favorite restaurants and shopts close to apt Carranza were Don Julio, which was our favorite parilla in the neighborhood. Hua Rong is a grocery store about two blocks down Santa Fe once you cross under the train that has good prices. We enjoyed Anden Cafe (right on the other side of the train tracks from the apartment) and Cafe Voltaire (at Carranza and Voltaire) for coffee and wifi.
We also used Buenos Aires Delivery (buenosairesdelivery.com) to have food delivered to the apartment several times. They list several delivery restaurants in your area and allow you to view the menu and order online in English, which was very helpful!

July 4, 2011 Zunz is in an excellent location!!! Very pleased with our decision to stay in this area. Check in and out were fantastic. Augusto was extremely accomodating when our flights were cancelled several times due to the ash cloud.
The apartment Zunz was perfect for us.
Some of our favorites restaurants were Tegui, La Cabrera and Don Julio's for dinner.
Wandering the streets was a pleasure - so many interesting shops and cafes to discover!

June 21, 2011 Bulnes Brisas was next to several major bus lines into center, and Belgrano. The walk to the subte was easy and interesting. The check in and check out went perfectly. The building was great, especially the very sweet doormen. There were lots of towels; I liked that! The pillows were not very comfortable; they were apparently washed and dried so the filling was matted into balls. I did find one that was better than the rest to use. Overall very comfy. Some of my recommendations - Spring was fab! Also liked "La Dorita" for a meat fix. Persicco is my favorite, was glad it was so close. The food court at Alto Palermo is nothing special but inexpensive for a quick bite in a hurry. Volta had BOGO for a kilo of gelato on Mondays!! All groceries: veg, fruit and meats available right on the same block, so no need to venture to Disco if you don't want to. Waxing salon on Las Heras very convenient. Soraya - Northern California

June 4, 2011 Yes, apartment The Haven in the Recoleta district, is close to restaurants, shopping, bakeries, and grocery stores. I found it very conveniently located. Check in and check out were both very easy. Augusto was very helpful showing us the features of the apartment and making recommendations within the neighborhood. He also helped with taxi arrangements for our return to the airport. The overall appearance of the apartment was very appealing. I especially liked the large framed artwork in every room. The beds were extremely comfortable. I wished that I could take the organized master bedroom closet home with me. The chairs in the bedroom and living room (both the same style) were very comfortable and attractive. Linens were very nice. Our stay at the Haven was much more fun than it would have been staying at a hotel. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and dining in the lovely dining room one night. We also relaxed in the living room after spending many long hours touring the great neighborhoods. It was an ideal place for my sisters and I to spend time together. There were two Disco grocery stores within walking distance from the apartment. The one slightly further from the apartment was cleaner and had a better assortment than the closer store. May 31, 2011 Apartment Guemes was extremely well located. The surrounding neighborhood was very clean and safe, and the apartment was close to public transport (both buses and the Subte). The check in and check out was smooth and efficient. A big thanks to staff in Buenos Aires. The apartment was very well kept and extremely clean and tidy. All of the appliances were new and worked without problem. There are many nice cafes and restaurants in the Plaza behind the apartment, and there is a very nice Pizzeria and Empanada take away just around the corner. Across the road is a lovely Carneceria (butcher) with lovely fresh meat, and down one block is a reasonable supermarcado with a lovely fresh fruit and vegetable shop opposite. Dylan B. - Bega, Australia May 9, 2011 We loved the atmosphere and styling of The Haven. The hardwood floors, colors, lighting, and especially the quality of the bed and linens were much appreciated. Plaza Libertad in front of apartment The Haven was a welcome and convenient park for some fresh-air, with shops, cafe's, restaurants, and bars very accessible. From The Haven, we actually walked to Recoleta, Puerto Madero, and Palermo Viejo. Palermo Viejo was a lengthy walk (we like to walk), but the fact that they were all possible from The Haven worked perfectly for us. I am a former vacation-rental condo owner on Maui, so I know a bit about setting the stage for a good experience with condo-renters. Yours was the best I've ever seen. Augusto was from the moment I called him from the airport, friendly and helpful. He was there on time for check-in and departure. His explanations of amenities, how to use them, local area information, his willingness to quickly arrange a cab to the airport, his accessibility should we have a problem (we didn't have any problems), were all excellent. A quality operation. Some of our favorite restaurants near The Haven include El Establo located on Paraguay, on the other side of 9 de Julio. It is a couple of blocks past Florida Street. We walked, and it took about 10 minutes. A cab would have a person there in about 3 or 4 minutes, and the cost would be minimal. Our most flavorful steak during our stay (even better than Cabaña Las Lilas in Puerto Madero.....which has a nice atmosphere, but the steaks weren't as good as El Establo, and were easily two to three times more expensive). Club Milion, Parana 1148, is a very nice bar which plays an appealing Jazz/Chill fusion which is very soothing. Chic atmosphere in a very old renovated house. Friendly staff. Outdoor seating area when weather is good. Casa Bar at Rodrigues Peña 1150 is about a 10 minute walk from The Haven (corner of Santa Fe and Rodriguez Peña). American-owned with at least a few English-speaking staff. Nice mix of locals and foreigners. The owner plays almost any sport the audience wants to see on one of a variety of TV's. We enjoy mixed-martial arts, and he packed the bar with fans of the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) live event. Also in an old renovated house, high ceilings, warm atmosphere. March 24, 2011 I think the reservation process for apt Jose Hernandez was seemless. Very smooth check in/check out. Thank you! The website was very informative, concise and very beneficial for us as foreign travelers. Apt Jose Hernandez is about what we expected. It was very clean, the furnishing were sparse but perfect. The location was just as described...close to everything. What a wonderful stay. We came from Boston for a 9-night stay...you guys hooked us up with airport transportation, met us at the apartment on time, made sure we had everything we needed (even extra towels as requested) and gave us all the contact information that we needed, including places to get groceries and some cool joints around the neighborhood. One of our favorite things about the apartment was the breezy patio, where at night we loved just catching up on the outings of the day (with a bottle of local Malbec) and planning for the adventures of the next. We were particularly impressed that on the eve of our departure, realizing that getting a cab so early in morning may be a challenge, we called Augusto and within minutes, he called back to let us know a cab would be waiting for us at precisely 7am. January 6, 2011 The check in and check out at apt Tucuman all went very smoothly - easy, fast. Sarah and Augusto were really great; we called upon landing (at the domestic airport) and Sarah was already at the apartment and waiting to meet us. They were really flexible on checkout, too. The beds were comfortable enough, but my husband and I each stayed to our separate sides as the ridge in the middle, where the two mattresses join, is too uncomfortable to sleep on. The location was fine -- I would have chosen a Recoletta or Palermo apartment had they been available. We literally had the whole building to ourselves over the New Year's weekend -- then on Monday there was a lot more activity. The location was very convenient to the subway and to catching cabs (especially at the hotel around the corner). We appreciate the close proximity to 2 grocery stores and a laundry. We also liked the large towels, and having two bath towels per person, as well as use of the safe. Also, the guidebook on the desk was a really good one and had great maps - thanks! Sep 14, 2010 The check in and check out at apt Corrientes were both perfect. We were met by Augusto, who could not have been more accommodating, even though we had to delay our check-in time due to a delayed flight. And check out was also very efficient with Augusto again extremely helpful. The apartment was clean and everything worked well. We felt the furniture was a little bit spartan, especially in the living area - perhaps a different arrangement could help too - we ended up spending most of our time sitting at the dining room tables which were fine but not particularly comfortable. The beds were quite comfortable, and we cooked quite a bit in the kitchen and appreciated all the appliances and utensils that were already there, so very happy about that. The location - in the theatre district of Congreso - was very conveniently situated and we felt we could be to most of the areas of the city we were interested in visiting in a reasonable amount of time. The area is a bit noisy and perhaps not as tidy as some other barrios, but that comes with the territory in a vibrant theatre district in a large city, so we were fine with that. A. August 30, 2010 I just came back from B.A. and Bariloche 5 and 4 days on each destination. It was an excellent time in Argentina....my family is very happy to visited Argentina. We want to go back next year...!!!!! I miss Bariloche...beautiful!!!!! July 7, 2010 The apartment Santa Fe I was wonderful. It was perfectly located for my needs, and I enjoyed the view as Argentina won the first few games during the world cup. I'm glad I wasn't there for the game with Germany. It became a sad day for me, as well. Also, Augusto and his wife were absolutely wonderful to work with. I'm leaving Ciudad de la Paz apartment today, after living here during March. And as I spent a great month I wanted to share it with you. The apartment is very comfortable, is lovely furnished and very well kept, the same as the other facilities in the building (swimming pool, terrace, etc). Marcelo, the owner of the apartment, is really nice, he was the best of the landlords and was always concerned about what I may need.
For those who wants to be in Belgrano area I really recommend Ciudad de la Paz apartment.
Regarding argentina consultant I also had a very good experience, everything was according to planned and expected.

March 8, 2010 Bulnes Parque was very clean and well equiped. could have used a few more cooking utensils. Security people in building were very nice and willing to help. I really appreciated how well maintained all of the areas were: elevator, pool area, lobby - all were clean and welcoming. I forgot where Augusto said that the gym was. some written info in apartment would have been helpful. Augusto was helpful and offered his contact number if we had any problems. I appreciated being able to communicate in English all through this process since my Spanish is so limited. The thing that I probably appreciated the most - having a cell phone, while I was there. This was very thoughtful and helpful. This is all. loved my stay. thank you for making it so convenient and pleasant. will definitely recommend to my friends and family coming to Buenos Aires.

About the apartment: elegant, sunny and spacious. However: no washing machine - which was a bit of surprise at the check in, but luckily there is a laundry service 30 meters away. A kettle would be nice for tea lovers. Quite a walk to the subway station, however taxi is really cheap and always abundant at any street. Overall, good option for a two week stay. Thanks again for all your help. I think this is a great location and a nice apartment. We've already recommended to our friends who are coming later in the year as well as a coworker who is coming the last week of the month. By the way, do you have availability 25 May - 5 June? They are booked at a hotel, but can cancel if it's free. They may have already emailed you.
Just wanted to confirm we can still stay here at the Apartment until the car picks us up for the airport at 16:00 tomorrow (Saturday.)
Your staff was helpful when we checked in and everything went well.
By the way, our best meal was definitely Sirop on Vte. Lopez 1661. They were very friendly, comfortable, excellent food and a great wine list.

Sorry for my delayed reply. I've been inundated with work and taxes! A rude awakening after a lovely vacation. We had a fantastic time in Buenos Aires. I was very impressed with how friendly and open people were to us; they were incredibly patient hosts with tourists who speak only rudimentary Spanish:-) Cab drivers would give us information as if they were tour guides, recommending restaurants and pointing out beautiful buildings. The food (despite the embargo into the city) was top notch. Our favorite Italian places were I Due Ladroni on Fitzroy and Bella Italia. I was partial to Lo de Jesus (not quite sure of the name), as well. We basically spent each day wandering a different part of the sitting, relaxing in cafes, checking out stores. I was disappointed that the Teatro Colon was closed for remodeling, so we'll have to return someday. We went to a River Plate soccer game (sadly 0-0) and took the Boca Juniors stadium tour - a definite highlight. We already are thinking about returning in the fall, we enjoyed it so much.
The Palermo Hollywood Lofts were perfect. We were impressed with the apartment's size! It was nice to have the flexibility of an apartment with the amenities of a hotel. We loved the breakfasts in the cafe across the street.
The staff was great, and my only comment would be that there were so many people working the desk at different times that it was hard to get to know anyone. One other tiny recommendation: a larger mirror somewhere would be a great help.
It was a fantastic stay, and we would go again in a heartbeat. Thanks for helping us with it!

Mark -- we did have a great trip. Buenos Aires is a terrific city, I have been telling my friends that it is like New York with Miami's weather. We spent a lot of time walking around, and we enjoyed the diversity of the neighborhoods, the different restaurants and shops, and the different feel in the different areas.
The area around Palermo Hollywood is, of course, clearly an evolving area. Reminded me of the Pearl area in Portland. The number of restaurants and bars within walking distance was staggering. Recoleta was beautiful and upscale. Murillo was more middle class, and normal feeling to us. The downtown areas were full of those things that a big city has. San Telmo was a lot of fun. We went to a synagogue on Friday nite during our stay, and met some wonderful folks, even got invited to a family home for dinner. We enjoyed a soccer game, and a nite at a Milonga. All in all, Buenos Aires lived up to all our expectations. Re: the hotel, Palermo Hollywood Lofts, nice set up, great location, very helpful staff, very spacious living arrangements. A good product for the price. The bed and linens were nice and comfortable.
