State of the art apartment building located in an upscale area of Palermo, surrounded by parks, close to Alto Palermo Shopping, Bulnes subway station, Buenos Aires Zoo and the beautiful Buenos Aires Botanical Gardens.
Bedroom features a new twin size mattresses with new bed linens, (also converts into queen size mattress) closet space and TV with full cable service.
Living room has a desk with chair and dining table for two.
Complete modern kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and all new appliances: refrigerator with freezer, electric stove and oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, serving ware, cookware and utensils.
Modern bathroom features a shower and bathtub with a glass shower door, wood framed mirror fills the entire wall above the modern sink with a complete set of bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes.
Beautiful glass partitioned balcony with settee overlooks the gardens and pool and has an 7th floor view of city lights and Parque Las Heras.
Spanish eucalyptus wood floors are centrally heated and keep the apartment comfortably warm all winter. The new quiet and efficient air conditioner maintains the apartment cool all summer long.
State of the art gymnasium on the 10th floor has panoramic city view and all new exercise equipment, bathroom with shower and a relaxing large dry sauna. Note - pool, gym and sauna are for tenants only, sorry no guests permitted.

Bulnes Vista is well located. The area felt really safe. We could take wonderful walks and visit different museums and sites just walking. We loved it.
We found everything perfect. Nice and clean. Good furniture.
Bedroom nice and clean kitchen nice, clean and appliances were enough
bathroom, great, clean, hot water.
Great location.
We also liked restaurant Lorena Rotisserie. Great to get take out food when you come home tired and hungry and don´t feel like doing anything.

January 24, 2012 Bulnes Vista is a good value. Great location, loved the neighboorhood.
The check in and check out both worked perfectly.
Mattress could be a notch better, apt was clean but could be dusted in visable.
It was fun exploring, and finding all the fun shops so close to the apt.
