State of the art apartment building located in an upscale area of Palermo, surrounded by parks, close to Alto Palermo Shopping, Bulnes subway station, Buenos Aires Zoo and the beautiful Buenos Aires Botanical Gardens.
Bedroom features a new full size mattress with new bed linens, generous closet space and TV with full cable service.
Living room has a comfortable chaise lounge sofa, 2 arm chairs, coffee table, and two ottomans.
Complete modern kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and all new appliances: refrigerator with freezer, electric stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware and complete set of serving ware and utensils. Also has iron & ironing board.
Modern bathroom features a shower and bathtub with a glass shower door, wood framed mirror fills the entire wall above the modern sink with a complete set of bath towels, hand towels and hair dryer.
Beautiful glass partitioned balcony overlooks the gardens and pool and has an 3rd floor view of the pool and gardens.
Spanish eucalyptus wood floors are centrally heated and keep the apartment comfortably warm all winter. The new quiet and efficient air conditioner maintains the apartment cool all summer long.
State of the art gymnasium on the 10th floor has panoramic city view and all new exercise equipment, bathroom with shower and a relaxing large dry sauna. Note - pool, gym and sauna are for tenants only, sorry no guests permitted.

December 4, 2010 My wife and I stayed a total of five nights in the studio apt Bulnes Parque. It was just the right size fit. We initially set looking for a larger size apartment in the Recoleta area. Having now gone through our vacation period from arrival to departure, Palermo was likely our best choice. Our arrival, stay, and departure went without a hitch. Things went very smoothly from our initial coordination with Mark and subsequent first and check out meetings with Augusto. Everything one can possibly need is within the area or just ask Mark and Augusto who are tremendous help. Overall, we left EXTREMELY satisified.
