Elegant and modern loft apartment located in Las Cañitas, a wonderful neighbourhood in Palermo where a wide selection of coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and shopping can be found for all the tastes and ages.
Las Cañitas has excellent access to all public transportation: buses, subways, trains and taxis.
This is a loft apartment featuring a bedroom on the upper level with double size bed, plenty of closet space and complete modern bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer.
The living and dining room are located in the lower level with a dining table for four, sofa and side chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range and oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, exhaust fan, coffee maker, cookware, utensils and complete set of dishes.
Large glass sliding doors open up to the balcony which has two outdoor chairs for enjoying the sunshine and fresh air.
Enjoy the swimming pool and sun deck on the apartment building's roof terrace.
