The living and dining room are located in the lower level with a dining table for four, sofa and side chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range and oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, exhaust fan, coffee maker, cookware, utensils and complete set of dishes.
Large glass sliding doors open up to the balcony which has two outdoor chairs for enjoying the sunshine and fresh air.
Enjoy the swimming pool and sun deck on the apartment building's roof terrace.
