How to Reserve a
Buenos Aires Apartment
Every Recoleta and Palermo apartment on our site has an easy to use email form. Please follow these 3 steps to book your Buenos Aires apartment on line:

*check in date

*# of guests
If you are arriving to Buenos Aires by air we will also need your: airline, flight # and arrival time, we use your flight information to schedule your check in time.
We reply to all email requests within 24 hours, so please be sure to add argentinaconsultant.com to your safe sender list.
We will send you a quote and a PayPal invoice to pay the reservation deposit to hold and guarantee your reservation.
Once we receive your payment we will send you a Reservation Confirmation with all the details needed to complete your check in.

How to Check into
Your Buenos Aires Apartment
The following steps will make your check in easy. Print your Reservation Confirmation and bring it with you to Buenos Aires, it has all the information you need to complete your check in including:
the apartment address
the apartment phone number
your scheduled check in time
the apartment manager's cell phone
If you are late for check in please follow the instructions on your Reservation Confirmation under "Delayed check in".
When you arrive to the apartment, ring the bell, the apartment manager will be waiting for you inside. He’ll show you the apartment, collect the rent and damage deposit and you’ll sign the lease and he’ll give you the keys.
If you need help with the apartment while you are here just call or Skype us and we’ll help you out.
We also offer maid service, if you’d like to have your apartment cleaned during your stay or before check out, just let us know and we’ll give you a quote.
How to Check out of
Your Buenos Aires Apartment
Standard check out is 10 AM. Please remember that flights to North America leave late at night, so we recommend you reserve a paid late check out so you can leave your apartment around 6PM.
The apartment manager will meet you at the apartment at the designated check out time, make an inspection, and return your damage deposit in cash.
Please read the check out procedures you received with your Reservation Confirmation to make your check out an easy one. Please return the apartment in the same condition it was received:
remove all trash and food
return all keys
leave dirty towels on bathroom floor
leave dirty sheets on bed
check apt. for personal items you brought with you
